ABOUT B4MBLE
Jimmy Bamble, known as B4MBLE, is a Filipino Australian artist born and based in Darwin. He works across painting, sculpture, digital art, 3D fabrication and public murals.
Bold colour, loose marks and original characters run through his work. Some characters live in layered paintings, while others become sculptures or extend beyond the canvas. They’re playful, strange and expressive, often carrying more emotion than they first let on.
Since developing his practice in 2017, Jimmy has presented solo and group exhibitions across the Northern Territory, including at the Northern Centre for Contemporary Art, Darwin Visual Arts Association and Darwin Entertainment Centre Gallery. His sculpture Two Right Feet was exhibited in the 2026 Northern Territory Art Award at Midpul Art Gallery.
Alongside his studio work, Jimmy creates murals and runs hands-on workshops for schools, community groups and events. His sessions give people room to experiment, enjoy the process and find their own way into art.
WHAT B4MBLE DOES
Workshops: Hands-on art sessions for young people, adults, schools and community groups.
Murals and public art: Original artwork developed for the site, the people who use it and the space around it.
Live painting: Art created during events, giving people a chance to watch the work take shape.
Original art and collectibles: Paintings, sculptures, digital work and limited pieces from Jimmy’s studio practice.
B4MBLE is where Jimmy brings his ideas together across different materials and spaces. Whether it’s a small artwork, a public mural or a room full of people making art, the aim is to create something with energy and a character of its own.
